The wild bird sanctuary and reserve at Dawlish Warren is nearby as is rugged Dartmoor a haven for wildlife wild ponies and more strenuous walks. The cathedral city of Exeter is a short easy drive and offers a range of popular shops and boutiques restaurants theatre cinemas and other leisure facilities. Close by there are other attractions to suit all tastes numerous National Trust properties and gardens. In the evenings you can relax in the lovely gardens enjoy a glass of wine on the patio or visit one of many local family pubs serving good food. Amenities: ample parking. Lounge: with flatscreen TV DVD Freeview and hi-fi leading to conservatory and private patio. Kitchen/diner: spacious well-equipped with range cooker fridge dishwasher microwave and coffee maker. Utility room: with washing machine and freezer. Amenities: wi-fi available. Heating surcharge from October - April 35 per week. Outside: patio with seating and gas BBQ. Large gardens.
